The lawn is in! Green grass galore (and some weeds). Randy keeps assuring me the grass will take over the weeds in a couple weeks. Patience...patience. I'm just excited to have a lawn!

Sara and her family have been in PA for two weeks. I hear my mom has mastered Skype and loves to webcam with them. Our kickball team has cleaned house this summer with only one loss to date. We're going for another win tonight -- Go Mother Loverz! I hosted a bunco night this week. It was a huge success. Thanks to everyone who came - especially my out-of-towners Nicky, Kristin and Nicole.

This weekend in MU RAH RAH 2004 alumni weekend and I'm hosting Kelley's baby shower. Full weekend! I can't believe it's August already - BOCA NSM here I come! Randy and his buddies are headed up North to Ryan's cabin again this summer. Originally I thought I could go (FINALLY!) but the dates changes to overlap with Boca. Maybe next year....

Earlier this month Randy's family welcomed Clairie Avery Germain into the Schleicher family. My profile picture is Claire about 20 hours old. Alyssa's very excited to be a big sis! We'll have to update the family picture to include her.

Randy is all signed up for the Lake Geneva Tri in September and we've been training together. Now I'm off to Ballys to swim in the nasty pool then KICKBALL! :)
