Whether you're watching a clock's minute hand move slowing while you anticipate your husband's exit off a bus in Ft. McCoy or counting down the remaining four months until Baby Jack arrives in June, waiting can be exciting - just knowing what's coming your way!

I think celebrating the little moments experienced while waiting helps make the event more exciting. So, with that being said, I'm not aggressively crossing items off our to-do list. We don't have a photographer, DJ, videographer or florist... and that is just fine! :)

Instead, I'm loving the whole engagement experience with much anticipation for December. Bethie shared that she crossed off milestones in anticipation of her nuptials. Each milestone (event) marked the wedding date was nearing. This past week I celebrated my final birthday as a Lundgren. Although Randy wasn't in my zip code (or country), he still made the day special with some fun new boots and beautiful roses.

My little moment of anticipation this upcoming weekend is the Schleicher's return on Friday afternoon. We haven't been in the same state since the 4th. Horray for little moments...
